Diploma in Automotive Technology
Programme Summary
Graduates will have a broad range of automotive skills in engine, chassis, drive train, electrical/electronic and air-conditioning system. The programme is structured to have a direct relevance to the industry’s needs, and graduates will have the intellectual, technical and personal qualities necessary to successfully implement in automotive service technologies.
Entry Requirement
Pass SPM or its equivalent with at least credits in three subjects including Mathematics and one relevant Science/Technical/Vocational subject and pass in English;
OR
Pass STPM or its equivalent with a pass in Mathematics, English and one relevant Science/Technical/Vocational subject at the SPM level;
OR
Recognised Certificate in Engineering/Engineering Technology or its equivalent;
OR
Recognised related Vocational and Technical/Skills Certificate or its equivalent with one year of relevant work experience or a minimum of one semester of a bridging programme.
OR
For international student, TOEFL score of 500 or IELTS score of 5.0 or its equivalent
OR
Other equivalent qualification as recognised by Malaysia Government
