Programme Summary
This programme explores the challenges encountered in the production of goods and services. To achieve and maintain competitive advantage, company make tactical decisions in location strategy, layout strategy, inventory management, aggregate planning and material requirement planning. The programme presents various models and techniques that deal with these problems, to help students formulate appropriate operations strategies in a global economy.
